XHaloFloatingWindow is ParanoidAndroid HALO popup window ported to rovo89's Xposed Framework. This module eventually included a movable and resizable window feature.
After importing this project into your IDE, you would need to download and include the Xposed API jar to build this module. The latest API can be found here
