Description
This runs integration tests on Azure DevOps. The schedule is set within ADO and will be roughly daily.
The tests themselves needed a small fix since PRs that were merged recently broke them (and we didn't notice as these aren't run as gated tests on PRs). Also consolidated the two existing test cases into one parametrized one.

Still need to update internal docs on environment files since this PR adds
env-integration-test
