Describe the solution you'd like

To resolve this obsolecence, we should Add a MudImage as the ChildContent instead. Example:

From:

<MudAvatar Image="..." />

To:

<MudAvatar>
    <MudImage Src="..."></MudImage>
</MudAvatar>

Or (include alt of the image):

<MudAvatar>
    <MudImage Src="..." Alt="..."></MudImage>
</MudAvatar>
