How to use mCard to manage your research

Tips:

Administrators can add/edit/delete data via Administration Portal. 'Clinic' group users can add/edit subjects, schedule events, and manage IRB studies via Clinical Data Portal.

mCard provides flexible ways for users to manage the data. Records can be added/updated one by one via filling forms or be added in a batch by uploading CSV or TXT files.

One trick for updating sample records in a batch: use batch search or My collection to get the group of samples that are needed to be changed, download samples, use Excel to modify the downloaded file, then upload the modified file to mCard to update sample records.
