This PR is huger and merges the MapMOS repository with all its benefits (data loaders, build system, caching, scripts, pipeline, etc.) and modifies it for 4DMOS. We have used this to train and evaluate 4DMOS on the HeLiMOS data. As said in the updated README, we will now use KISS to estimate the transformations between the scans in the sequence.
