-Mecklenburg-Strelitz should no longer continue to exist after being annexed
-All German split states should have population at game start now
-Fixes to Swazi and Griqua localization
-All Native American tribes changed to exonyms
-Congress Poland swapped to a new tag rather than continuing to use Poland
-Cleaned up localization files
