Victorian Flavor Mod Version v0.7.7 Changelog:

This update is save compatible but not recommended due to some changes.

Units on the map no longer use the travel network to get around, instead moving in straight lines between fronts and HQs as it was done in previous versions of the game. This is a temporary fix until we can resolve issues with our own spline network, but it should resolve most remaining crashes that have been occurring since 1.5.

-Added Austrian WWI uniforms
-Added the Seminole on the map at game start, with an event triggering a diplomatic play with the US
-Adjusted the formations, militaries, and generals of the US and Prussia
-Command limit for generals has overall been lowered and the bureaucracy costs for higher ranked generals has been increased
-Greatly increased the maximum amount of barracks and naval bases the AI will strive for based on standing military sizes prior to WWI
-National militias are now proper militias, with the AI wanting a much higher ratio of conscripts to regulars
-"Populating the Americas" mass migrations now support all religions with shared traits rather than just primary religions
-Nerfed 1.5.10 migration changes to work alongside VFM's more frequent mass migrations
-Completing Schleswig-Holstein is now a requirement to start a German leadership play
-Added and adjusted straits around Hokkaido, Araucania, New Zealand, and Hawaii
-Fixed the dynamic names for the Philippines and East India Company
-Fixed not being able to change the PMs for multiple buildings at once
-Fixed Alaska purchase content not recognizing Alaska when it's a subject

-Fixed a large number of journals from the mod not appearing
-Added a series of buttons to the UK's Canada and Australia journals that allow the merging of certain colonies or creation of new ones
-Adjusted 1.5 Poland and PLC content to properly utilize VFM states and countries
-Added Polish radicals at game start in a number of countries
-Added a scripted button to trigger a mass migration of Yankee pops to Oregon in the Oregon Dispute je
-The West America expedition now only requires nationalism rather than quinine
-Nerfed the requirements of the Populating the Americas je so that AI countries can actually achieve it
-Re-enabled the ability to acquire protectorates peacefully, to be revised in the future
-Adjusted the amount of construction sectors the AI wants
-Added autonomy levels to VFM subject types to allow for increasing/decreasing autonomy of them
-Added missing armies to Peru, Bolivia, and a number of other countries
-Replaced the Sahel state trait in Mauritania with Sahara Desert to stop early colonization
-Removed a bunch of duplicate localization
-Fixed Cape Colony using the South Africa flag
-Fixed missing game concepts for new subject types
-Fixed missing 1.5 dynamic country colors
-Fixed the AI not properly building ports
-Fixed a series of crashes caused by missing splines
-Fixed crashes caused by Springtime of Peoples content
-Fixed crashes caused by conflicts between VFM and base game South America content

1.5 Compatibility
There's still a lot of work to do cleaning up content. It's recommended to avoid South America until the next update can properly fix and integrate our content with the changes to the base game and DLC in the region.

-Adjustments to dynamic names and flags for Korea
-Balancing and corrections to Korean journal entries
-Turmoil now impacts throughput rather than construction
-Devastation now provides a throughput penalty
-Base values for construction sectors and minting have been reduced
-Added a series of natural disaster events
-Large, unrecognized countries are significantly more likely to push for recognition form a great power
-Doubled the increased secession chance generated from excess turmoil
-Reduced the yearly infamy decay rate slightly
-Increased the default infamy for a number of wargoals
-Increased the infamy multiplier and capacity based on population for states
-Made the infamy cost less for homeland and unincorporated states
