General:
-Updated the mod to game version 1.3 and adapted most DLC content
-Nearly halved the mod's size by getting rid of unneeded files
-Replaced base-game modifier icons with custom ones
-Adjusted arable land values across the board
-AI will now only more actively use conquest and subjugation goals against unrecognized nations if they have a colonial law
-Fixed British colonies not properly showing as Crown Colonies
-The German flag ensign trigger is now valid for Prussia for colonial possessions
-Fixed numerous missing exists checks filling the error log
