-Poland has roads... finally

-Italy now only requires 12 states to form

-The HBC no longer becomes Canada upon completing the autonomy journal since it broke Canadian confederation
-The new French governments added by VotP/1.3 now use the historic ruler titles
-Agitators are no longer valid targets for becoming vice presidents outright
-Lower ranked countries now have slightly less costly trade routes
-Moldavia and Wallachia now have claims on Bukovina
-Adjusted buildings and state traits between French states
-The Age of Prince journal now properly checks for the new Ethiopian state
-Australian provinces have been redrawn a bit to allow for historical colonies and border changes in the future
-South Australia no longer exists at game start, as it was founded in late 1836
-German countries with the Schleswig-Holstein journal will now more heavily prioritize taking the Danish subjects
-Francoprovencal is now assigned to the proper Swiss state
-Removed a non-existant Dutch Zulia
-Kaurna has been shrunk to around its historic extent
-Da Cheng is no longer decentralized
-Switzerland and Argentina should now properly start with their incorporated states
-Removed a duplicate line in the Holy Alliance journal
-Fixed a crash if the HBC no longer exists for Alaska's RAC-HBC journal
-Restructered localization, gamerules, AI strategy, and on action files, improving compatibility with some other mods
