Encoder FFmpeg AMF
This encoder is included for completeness sake. Users of OBS Studio 28.0 and higher should prefer the new included AMD AMF encoder, as it is able to achieve higher quality and stability.

As of OBS Studio 28.0 a vastly superior integration of AMD AMF is available, and should be preferred. This integration has therefore outlived its usefulness and users are urged to migrate to the integrated AMD AMF encoder ASAP. In the future, this encoder will be removed or replaced.
This encoder shares some settings between all other FFmpeg based encoders. Please take a look at this document to learn more about them.
