* yaml.full_load was added in PyYAML 5.1, required is >=5.4

yaml.load.yaml.full_loadwas added inv5.1, the min required version isv5.4.websockets. It's a bit more work to update it, however a new major version might add backwards-incompatible changes.It would be nice if this PR could be reviewed soon.
