Topological distance calculation

Command: --rfdist

Compute pair-wise Robinson-Foulds (RF) distances between the trees.

Example: raxml-ng --rfdist --tree alltrees.nw --prefix RF

Example: raxml-ng --rf tree1.nw,tree2.nw

NOTE: RAxML-NG currently computes "classical" RF distance which is defined for unrooted trees. If rooted trees are provided as input, their rooting will be ignored!
