Changes:

  • Use Mocha to run ESLint RuleTester tests.
  • Bump eslint v3.8.1 to v8.50.0 to take advantage of some new features (e.g. the name option).
  • Add name for ESLint test cases to show description in output. Values using either comments/commit message or PR title of that test case.
