Description of changes:
Added Integ tests for Curated Hub Phase 2 training integration. The integration tests test for JumpStart models being successfully trained when they are in a private hub. Furthermore, parsing to get the default_training_dataset_uri was added as part of a bug fix revealed by these tests.
