- Language reference set IDs can be given as ECL expressions instead of just single SCTIDs - Most of the property filters now accept set of SCTIDs and ECL expressions, which are evaluated over the input expression's form (stated or inferred) - Add property filter for concept definition status - Use filter domain set on the constraint, not on individual filters

Depends on b2ihealthcare/snomed-ecl#6. The P2 repository artifact for the new version also needs to be released before merging.
