This release fixes a number of 'launch day' issues. Hopefully there should not be too many more issues using this plugin.

- Add 'Not configured' state to the status icon in the navbar. Previously it stated 'Synced', when this was completely wrong
- Make it clearer it is the 'OneDrive' folder in OctoPrint that is synced

- (#7) Fixed setting the sync folder in the UI
- (#8) Fixed downloading files with special characters from OneDrive
- (#9) Fixed 'Copy to clipboard' button for authentication code
- Store the last sync time so it would not show 'never' on refresh of the page
- Adjusted a link in the footer
