Re Analyze sources does not work all the time #3408

Do a Re Analyze sources, when there are no edits. The problems get cleared, but does not look like analysis gets done.

Concrete steps to repro...

  • launch a clean Dart Editor (I used continuous build 9090)
  • click on sunflower sample
  • modify and save sunflower source to introduce an error
  • confirm problem shows up in problems view
  • select "Re-Analyze Sources"

at this point I saw the problems disappear from the problems view, then reappear,
then disappear again to be replaced by ...

    Input/Output error: /Users/danrubel/Downloads/dart/samples/sunflower

If I select "Re-Analyze Sources" again all it sometimes works and sometimes produces the I/O error above. If I wait for the indexer to finish running in the background, then "Re-Analyze Sources" seems to always works.

Please confirm that "Re-Analyze Sources" works for you and that after triggering it, you see problem markers show up and eventually get search results once the indexer finishes.
