7. VeraHuesBridgeTester project

The author absolutely hates testing and debugging Windows Service code. So, to make development a bit faster, a Windows application was created instead. It performs the same functions as the Windows service (i.e. reads a configuration file, and (optionally) starts the SSDPService and the self-hosted Webserver).
