Changes

Fixes a security vulnerability in the devspace ui server (Security Issue #1128)
Automatically creates deployment namespaces if they do not exist before deploying (Autocreate namespace if not present #1127)
Adds support for specifying the kaniko pod resources in the devspace.yaml (Kaniko doesn't work under loft #1126)
