Prevents falling blocks from getting trapped in a state where they constantly update causing crops to grow like a zero tick farm. Note, if one of these farms is already present on your server, it may not be detected if you simply unload/load the plugin without a restart. Upon restart IllegalStack should detect any existing farms of this nature as well as prevent new ones.

To enable / disable this protection use the following command: /istack toggle PreventVibratingBlocks
This protection has no extra options.
