Refactored Piksi Driver
- Piksi ROS driver refactor, it provides directly a local position in ENU other than standard navsatfix message;
- Piksi messages in a new repo, each of them has now a header and a description for each field;
- Cleaner GUIs to check status of RTK fix;
- Init Rovio package, if you are using Rovio compiled with NPOSE=0 and want to fuse GPS measurements;
- Added Xbee configurations to load directly on the Xbees and be ready to use them to send corrections.
