If you have an IT problem that will take more than a few minutes for you to fix, you should place a request with the Stanford help desk if there is a category that fits. Please provide a detailed description of the nature of the problem and indicate whether it is urgent.

IT problems or limitations should not be a bottleneck for our research. If you ever have a problem that is significantly impacting your productivity and that you have not been able to resolve on your own, you should let MG or another PI know so they can help find a solution.
