Meeting Notes
It is important to keep a record of interactions such as team meetings, comments received during seminar presentations, and correspondences with outside parties. Interactions should be documented with the date and title of communication in a Notes
page for the Wiki of the project repository.
Notes from an interaction can be archived either in the same Notes
page or in a Google Doc on Google Drive. The preferred place to store notes is in a Google Doc given its collaborative nature. However, if storing notes in a Google Doc, please ensure that the permissions of the Google Doc have been set appropriately and include a link to the Google Doc in the Notes
page. If storing notes in the Notes
page, save the contents under a collapsible section. Examples have been included below.

Related literature for a project should be saved on Dropbox under a folder titled Literature
. Do not save related literature in the project repository for XXX.
