This issue is to add support to the parsing/parser.py for compiling test case FMUs with Modelon's OPTIMICA Compiler Toolkit (OCT) as an option. A user of the parser script will still require access to an OCT license and software on their setup to perform the compilation.

Note this is addressed as part of #465 in #619.
