[KIECLOUD-672] add pkg-update module

This module will update all the packages in the image to avoid having old packages. Related to RHELDST-15034

Please make sure your PR meets the following requirements:

@lampajr Thank you very much port the porting.

Since here we could write tests (in particular behavioral via behave) that checks particular conditions, I'm thinking if we can quickly add a test that double check that the unwanted binaries (nss?) are not into the container.

@jakubschwan @spolti do you think that is it useful to add such kind of test?
