Title

While sending Mail, Draft button must be disable.

Issue Description

While sending Mail, Draft button must be disable. As for now we can see mail sent message is appearing and also it is not sent and is added to the Draft.
All the attachments are removed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Admin -> Mails -> Create Mail and add attachments
2. Now add atleast 3 Attachments
3. Now click sent and we can see Draft button is still appearing.

Expected result

The Draft Button should be disable.

Checked and found that the Draft button issue is fixed.
