While Adding a new attribute Entity Type field should be come only one time.

CRM version : V1.0.1

Steps To reproduce--

1. Login as admin/user.
2. Click on Attributes inside Setting tab.
3. Click on Add Attribute button.
4. Select Persons in Entity Type dropdown.
5. Choose Select from Type dropdown.

Actual result: While Admin/User trying to add a new Attribute , he select the Persons from the Entity Type dropdown and select from the Type dropdown. Then Entity Type Field is again appearing there. Please Find the blew screenshot.

Expected result: While Adding a new attribute Entity Type field should be come only one time.

Now, this issue is fixed. so i am closing this issue.
And I have attached a screenshot for future reference.
