There should be a warning message if the user creating multiple persons with the same details.

CRM version : V1.0.3

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on persons inside the setting tab.
3. Click on Create person.
4. Fill all the required fields and click on save as person.
5. Add another person with the same details.

Actual result: When we are creating multiple persons with the same details, then there is no warning message .Please Find the blew screenshot.

Expected result: There should be a warning message if the user creating multiple persons with the same details.

This issue is not fixed. I am getting the same issue in our new release [ V1.2.0 ].
