There should not be any error if we are adding new organization.

CRM version : V1.1.3

Steps To reproduce--

1. Login as Admin/User .
2. Click on the Organizations tab.
4. Delete any one organization.
5. Try to create a new organization with the same name which you have deleted earlier.

Actual result: If we are deleting any organization and then adding the new organization with the same name. then it is giving the error. Please Find the blew screenshot.

Expected result: There should not be any error if we are adding new organization.
