There should be a warning message when the user is trying to add multiple "Types" with the same name.

CRM Version: V1.2.0

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on the Types inside the settings tab.
3. Try to create multiple types with the same name.

Actual result: There is not any warning message when the user is trying to add multiple Types with the same name. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: There should be a warning message when the user is trying to add multiple Types with the same name.

Again, this is just a name and the admin has to take care of this.

Unique validation was already added but an error should be displayed, check again issue is fixed now.
