CRM Version: V1.2.0

Steps To reproduce--

1. log in as an admin
2. Change the app locale.
3. Click on the create a new web form inside the setting tab

Expected result: There should not be any translation issue in the webform

Actual result: There is a translation issue in the web form. Please find the screenshot Here
