The placeholder value is not showing, when the user is trying to edit the web form.

CRM Version: V1.2.2

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on web form inside the settings tab.
3. Create a new web form and add placeholder value.
4. Try to edit the create web form.
5. Try to view the placeholder value which was added.

Expected result: The placeholder value should be shown if any, when the user is trying to edit the web form.

Actual result: The placeholder value is not showing, when the user is trying to edit the web form. Please find the screenshot Here.
