Why is the tool getting stuck while loading the image channels?
Please check that your image is pyramided or that your image processing pipeline generates a pyramided image.
If you're not using MCMICRO, please consider using MCMICRO to process your image. The output from MCMICRO is pyramided by default.
Why doesn’t my segmentation mask correctly outline the cells on my image?
Please check that you’re using the most updated version of MCMICRO for generating your segmentation mask. Our tool will always support the output files from MCMICRO.
If you’re using the most updated version, the levels for the segmentation mask and the image may not be in sync. Please check that any post-processing or cropping was applied to both the segmentation mask and the image.
Why can I not upload my data (errors, or tool stops)?
Please make sure that you copied the correct path for the channels and segmentation mask into the text fields. The path should not start or end with any " or ', which sometimes happens when copying them from the explorer etc. .
Why am I getting import errors for various packages?
Please check that you’re cloning the gating branch of Minerva Analysis. Other branches have requirement files with different packages and versions of packages so the conda environment created during setup will not work with the gating tool.
Why am I getting an out of memory error?
