Usage

Basic Viewer Functionalty (Master). For additional functionality see extension branches.

• Begin by selecting a dataset from the navbar
• Next, once the channels and viewer are loaded, select a channel on the left
• Select up to 4 channels and define a color mapping for each channel. A range slider allows to control the upper and lower bounds for this mapping.
• Cells can be selected by right-click. Hold 'crtl'+right=click to select multiple cells.
