This PR is mainly about moving some structs defined in the
metricfuncrepo into theutilrepo to avoid chain dependencies (util -> metrifunc -> amf and util -> metricfunc -> smf). With this change theamfandsmfwill not depend on themetricfuncanymore.Changes were tested using
OnRampwithreplacedirective in theamfimage/pod.This PR also creates a patch release
