Yea. It's an annoying balance between requiring every visitor to explicitly handle it and perf (not looking up bodies just to drop them from the visitor having an empty visit_nested_body or sth). |

I wonder if we should modify intravisit (specifcially, that `NestedBodyFilter` stuff) to make this less likely to happen, tho... r? oli-obk
