Tested it now, and I can also confirm it fixed all the cross issues for Gentoo. Now I can cross compile rust toolchain to those triplets (using same setup we did for <=1.82): mips-linux-gnu, mipsel-linux-gnu, mips64-linux-gnuabi64, mips64el-linux-gnuabi64, riscv64-linux-musl, powerpc64le-linux-musl, powerpc64-linux-musl, sparc64-linux-gnu.
