As a result of this PR, [`core::ptr::Thin`](https://doc.rust-lang.org/nightly/core/ptr/traitalias.Thin.html) will be admitted into the `std` façade! Also, render the where clause *after* the bounds / the `=`, not before them, as it should be. r? rustdoc
