A bioinformatics pipeline to analyze mtDNA from NGS data
Infer the dynamics of mitochondrial heteroplasmy during different life stages using population genetics and phylogenetics
HiFi-SR is a Python-based pipeline for the detection of plant mitochondrial structural rearrangements based on the mapping of PacBio high-fidelity (HiFi) reads or Circular Consensus Sequencing (ccs) data, to a reference genome (i.e., the hypothetical master cycle DNA).
This workflow performs a variant analysis on mitochondrial genomes using the bcftools variant caller. For human samples, the workflow also performs a variant analysis using mutserve.
