Add support for disabling ssl verification on slaves

This is a cleanup of #117, I added the rspec tests and did some integration tests on a Debian 7 box. There is some cargo culting in the debian rtest as the defaults are the same for redhat and deb, but it works fine. If you merge this you can close #117

Yeh, I'm hoping to get time to actually work on debian side stuff, but.. day job hasn't left me time for it :( Also, a 6 month old who has decided to not sleep more than 2 hours at a time all night!

Teaching sleeping habits is hard I imagine. Mine still don't work right.
Let me know what you have planned for the debian stuff, or things that are
implemented in RH and not in Debian. I'm doing some pretty heavy jenkins
automation at the moment and might be able to squeeze some in. Although the
org I'm working at seems to be favouring ansible at the moment...
