• Controls don't have accesssible names

Examples of ATAG-B issues (authoring tool produces inaccessible web content):

• Authors copy/paste content from Word into a WYISWYG editor and it causes inconsistent markup
• There is no way to provide alternative text
• Field in back-end for what would become accessible name in front-end is hard to understand, causing content editors to not provide useful accessible names, causing site to have unusable accessible names
