• Now: Shadi to prepare survey seek agreement with Chairs on proposed plans and timelines
• 17 Sep - 27 Sep: open EOWG survey on categories/metadata (pending Chair approval)
• 22 Sep - 29 Oct: help Steve on this project get oriented to the code, design, and such
• 29 Sep: attend EOWG planning call to update Chairs and adjust any plans as needed
• 1 Oct: resolve any outstanding issues with EOWG (pending Chair approval for this agenda item)
• 8 Oct: finalize data model and submission form (closely involving successor on this project)
• 11 Oct - 29 Oct: (with close involvement of successor on this project)
  • reach out to vendors/contacts inviting them to submit information, and offering success for support
  • support successor in providing support to the vendors/contacts in providing the needed information
  • work closely with successor to iron out any bugs, further refine the data model, and other fixes
