Does snpgdsLDprunning support multithreading?

I se there is an option in function parameters but it gives a warning saying that it does not supprt multi-threading.
Is this due to my setup or the function?
Can I do something about it?
Ubuntu 16 Threads, AMD, latest package version from Bioconductor
