Setting up your eyetracker
EyeMine can be used in one of two ways - either working directly with your eye tracker, if supported, or using mouse emulation, where you control the mouse cursor with your eye tracker and then EyeMine is controlled using the mouse. If you've tried cursor control before and found it a bit wobbly and distracting, don't worry - you won't see the cursor when playing with EyeMine.
If you are using EyeMine via mouse emulation, you need to change the setup in Minecraft in Mods -> Eye Gaze -> Config -> Basic options, where you need to set Enable mouse emulation compatibility mode = true. See a video of setting Minecraft's mouse emulation compatibility mode.
If you are using EyeMine via native eye tracker support, you need to change the setup in EyeMine -> Settings -> Pointing and Selecting -> Pointing source to tell EyeMine what eye tracker you have. See a video of setting EyeMine's input source.

Any other eye tracker that can be used to control the mouse cursor, will be compatible with EyeMine. For example, the Alea Intelligaze and the EyeTech TM5 will work like this. The general setup is described in Setting up eyetrackers with mouse emulation.
You can use EyeMine with any input device that controls the mouse cursor - for instance a joystick or head mouse. Since EyeMine is primarily designed with eye control in mind, some things might not work quite as well as intended - for instance, you can't move your head as quickly as you move your eyes, so might find your character looking at the ground whenever you look at the EyeMine keyboard. However, we've had several reports of users playing EyeMine with a head mouse without any trouble, so please give it a try!
EyeMine is a fork of the excellent OptiKey project, which offers computer control and speech for advanced eye gaze users.
If you're using the EyeMine Classic version (versions 1.x.x) then you can find legacy documentation at the EyeMine classic wiki
