Welcome to the wiki for AMV Tracker! Here you will find a detailed description of all of AMV Tracker's functions. Below is a screenshot of AMV Tracker's main window and all the functions it contains. Everything you want to do in AMV Tracker can be accessed from or viewed in this main window, so use this (or the Table of Contents to the right) to help you find details on all of AMV Tracker's functionality.

Main Window

The main window which you will be spending most of your time in looks like this, and can be broadly separated into five different sections:

  1. Top ribbon, which can be further subdivided into three sections:
    1. Video entry
    2. View type
    3. Misc AMV Tracker functions
  2. Search options
    1. Top-level filters to select the desired sub-DB or Custom List to search within
    2. Basic filters
    3. Basic stats for the videos in the filtered list (section 3 in the image above)
    4. Five additional functions that act on the filtered list:
      • Play a random locally-stored video from the filtered videos
      • Go to a random video on YouTube from the filtered videos
      • Mass edit the filtered videos
      • Add all filtered videos to a custom list
      • Export filtered list to a .csv file

  4. Advanced filters
  5. Status bar which shows persistent AMV Tracker information
    1. AMV Tracker version number
    2. File path to the current working database
