In this step, rarefaction metrics will be generated.

Input Files

table-dada2.qza
rooted-tree.qza
meta_data.txt
meta_data_corrected.txt Modified meta_data.txt file to compatible with this analysis

Command

bash Scripts/10-alpha_rarefaction.sh

Outputs

The above script will create Alpha-rarefaction folder.

Alpha-rarefaction -The output folder
alpha-rarefaction.qzv - The Qiime artifact, more about Qiime artifacts
