X40F605CAR
X40F605CAR is a pair of mirror-image sliding carriage guides that supports a length of wide extrusion (i.e., 20x80, 20x60 or 20x40mm) as it slides along and above a 20x40mm extrusion used as a linear rail. The sliding carriage uses four 5x14x5mm F605 bearing flanges to support the weight of the slide.
Features and functional considerations:

- both carriage guides are required to support the wide extrusion slide
- flanged ball bearings and PLA washers lock carriage into place precisely with minimum friction.
- M5 locknut should not be overtightened or bearing will seize.
- carriage overslide clearance allows supported extrusion to slide over stepper and idler end mounts
- synchronous belt lock on each carriage guide fastens folded GT2 belt securely to guide.
- integrated optical endstop flag enganges end stop fixed to stepper mount
