Open the Image Editor of the Single Charter View and define your zone.
Then click on the button Create Annotation button. It will open a window near your image zone in which you can enter your annotation. After saving the annotation it will appear when you slide your mouse over the annotated area. Clicking on such a zone three buttons appear: the red x deletes the annotation. The paper with pen lets you edit the annotation. The green arrow sends the annotation to a moderator for publication. Other users will see a warning triangle to notify the moderator of a possible abusive annotation, who can edit or delete it.
In the MyArchive area you find in left hand side menus several menu entries for further modification of the annotations:
- My image collections: Access images croppings and zone annotation in your own collections.
- Image collections: Shows published collections of image croppings.
- Annotation Requests: The menu Annotation Requests shows the status of your moderation requests. When the moderator confirms your annotation, all users will see it when accessing the single charter view.
- Image Requests: Shows your requests to publish immage annotation to charters already published.
