atom id

Each XML file in the data carries an ID which consists of a tag tag:www.monasterium.net,2011: and the path to the current document (i.e. archive|collection/[fond if applicable]/id). It has the following pattern: tag:www.monasterium.net,2011:/[data object type]/[identification of collection or archival context including / as path hierarchy]/[local identification like signatures]

The atom:id is used to identify the documents in the URL too: tag:www.monasterium.net,2011:/charter/BaumOCist/1149 thus is adressed by http://monasterium.net/mom/BaumOCist/1149/charter (see Resolving in this wiki)
