Upgrading Quanto Flx
Normally, there is no need to uninstall Quanto Flx before upgrading it.

Unable to apply default layout after initializing Quanto Flx, or even launch Rainmeter
In this case, what you need to do is to launch Rainmeter's Safe Layout (by holding down the "Crtl" key and opening Rainmeter) without having to uninstall Quanto Flx. Click here to learn more.
If you don't want to keep any backup of Quanto Flx, go to "Quanto Flx Manager" -> "Global Settings" -> "Backup and Restore" -> Open "Backup Path" and delete the QuantoFlxBackup folder (if it exists).
Before uninstalling, you should switch the layout to another one (via Rainmeter Manager) to avoid a series of "Cannot load skin" prompts after it. Then, exit Rainmeter.
The installation package of Quanto Flx will install the skin series files, layout files and required plugins for you. If you want to uninstall it, you need to delete the skin series files and layout files and don't have to delete the plugins, because other skin series may need them, and deleting them may cause other skins to not work properly.
The folders you need to delete are:

%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\QuantoFlx -
%APPDATA%\Roaming\Rainmeter\Layouts\QuantoFlx -
%APPDATA%\Roaming\Rainmeter\Layouts\QuantoFlx_Setup
After deleting the above folders, restart Rainmeter. If the uninstall was done correctly, you should not see anything related to QuantoFlx in the "Skins" or "Layouts" pages.
